| The Penn State Opera Theatre is pleased to present the Pennsylvania premier of a show that combines slapstick comedy and ecological lessons in a tuneful and hilarious 45 minute presentation that entertains while it teaches. Students are actively involved in the show through a sing-along which encourages the appropriate decision of the characters through each of their challenges. The Prairie Dog That Met the President combines history, ecology, and social studies in a rollicking musical drama that exposes young audiences to the power of sung theatre. |
